SAT Math Question (15) - A Contest
Hello Steemers! I've decided to make today's question a classic word problem. Enjoy!

When they give you these questions on the SATs they don't care if the number is positive or negative, but usually want an integer type answer (...-2, -1, 0, 1, 2...).
The Question
Twice the quantity of the difference of a number and six is the sum of four times the same number and eight minus two. What is the number?
