Preserved eggs❤凉拌皮蛋

Preserved eggs are unique delicacy in China.
It is prepared from raw duck egg by alkaline treatment.

Preserved egg: When manufacturer preserved eggs, often increases the quota, if we eat frequently, can cause of poisoning. At the same time, calcareous could drain in the body.

So the preserved eggs can't be eaten much, only moderate consumption.

This dish is very delicious. Suitable for summer, especially refreshing.In other seasons, the appetizer after the main course is also appropriate.

皮蛋是以生鸭蛋为原料，经碱性材料处理，从而制成皮蛋。它和臭豆腐一样是中国特有的美食。

由于制造商腌制鸡蛋时，经常增加过量的化学制品，所以如果我们经常过量的吃，会导致铅中毒。与此同时，也会导致钙的流失。

所以日常生活中，我们的皮蛋不能吃太多，只能适量食用。

不过现在，人们己研制出了无铅皮蛋的吃法，爱吃皮蛋的人们，不必为铅中毒而担心了。

“凉拌皮蛋”这道菜很好吃。适合夏天，特别清爽。在其他季节，作为主食之后或者之前的开胃菜也很合适。

今天吃的这个凉拌皮蛋，主要配料是很多的大蒜、花椒、红辣椒、酱油、醋、盐、芝麻油等等。尝起来超级辣而且辣中带麻，爽到爆炸！
