Description
Learn the functionality of Autodafe's Drum Kit.
Autodafe has created a set of simple modules which we can use to build up a drum kit. Each of these modules has a singular purpose. Unlike some drum synthesizers, while allow us to finely tune a drum sound, Drum Kit modules just provide a few sound options for each instrument.
Each module gives represents a part of a drum kit: Kick Drum, Snare, Hi-Hats Closed, etc. On each module we are provided with several versions of that part's sound as it would have sounded on a particular vintage drum machine: 808, 909, etc.

Learn how to implement Drum Kit into Rack.
After loading each of the Drum Kit modules into Rack you can connect each to two other modules: A trigger sequencer and the 8 Channel Drum Kit Mixer (which comes with the module set).

Learn how to manipulate sounds.
Rhythms can be created by manipulating the Trigger Sequencer. This will in turn trigger each of the Drum Kit modules individually. There is a button on each of the Drum Kit Modules which cycles through the available drum sounds on that module. The levels of each of the modules will be controlled by the 8 Channel Drum Kit Mixer.

Learn how to use 8 Channel Drum Mixer.
The 8 Channel Drum Kit Mixer is created to work with all the Drum Kit modules. Each module is connected in separately in its own channel. We are provided with a level control for each channel, a pan control, mute and out. There are also CV controls available for Pan and Level.

VCV Rack is an open source application, which means that it is free for everyone to use. Please consider going to the developers' website and show your support for the project - http://www.vcvrack.com
