Princess - Day 40

I lost my crown during childhood and it took a long time to find it. Please remind all the girls and women in your life that wear a crown.

She wears a crown,
And feels so happy.
Twirling around
Til it falls to the ground.

She wears a crown,
But soon forgets it.
No longer wide-eyed
As she’s pushed aside

She wears a crown
But thinks it’s awkward
She’s much to grown
To make it known.

She wears a crown
But doesn’t know it
Cause he doesn’t care
Though he sees it there

She wears a crown
But it doesn’t matter
Cause no one reminds her
So love hasn’t found her
