The European Psy Festival Season is slowly coming to an end as I approach my final festival this summer season and naturally - I wanna get myself into the mood. What better way to check up on what Tesseract Studio has been up to, probably my favorite label in the psy scene primarily geared towards cutting edge progressive and producers who blur the lines to the faster genres with high fidelity and an innovative approach.

Serbian Psytrance has a really special place in my heart. I dig the engineering, the feel for good tracks and the oozing vibe of the tracks by Tesseract Studio is really one of a kind in the sea of contemporary psychedelic music out there.

And since Tesseract has just released the newest piece to their #serbianstyle saga I really want to feature it here in this series. The set contains some rather brave and bold pieces of music, spans a wide range of soundscapes but maintains a steady and eloquent direction throughout, allowing newcomers to psychedelic trance to get a great feel for the vibes on the floor and oldtimers to be thoroughly entertained by what is being said in sonics.

The music is light, straight and effortlessly to get, a marvellous soundtrack for the daytime, for doing chores in the house or for going out into the world, running or driving your car. It is drenched in colorful atmospheres and features multiple artists of the label co-creating a wonderful audio experience to get into.

The set also works beautifully if you want to put something on in the background or want to get ready to go partying. I feel the anticipation growing now for my final festival week this year.
