Now, our community comes under #burnsteem25;
Hence, we request all the users;

That is our fourth weekly curation report for November. Now onward, we will publish the curation report every Saturday;
This week, we selected posts keeping engagement and consistency in mind besides quality.
These changes will give every user a fair chance to be on the top.

Now on to become the top user of the week;
Users have to maintain all three categories we mentioned.
The quality of posts matters, and we thought every week we would surprise users according to their performance. We will see the entire week's performance, and the rounder will get a chance to be number one.
Every week, we select some posts that are not only good in quality;
but a few authors are also contributing a lot to increase engagement through comments;
and some users are maintaining consistency through tutorials and hangouts besides frequently generating content.
But because of inconsistency, we can't include a few users. This week, our community again counted a few new users;
and hope they will read this curation report carefully to uphold the criteria and follow decency.

Second- Engagement.
Third- Consistency
We hope each week, we will get a chance to change the name of the top post;
Regarding quality, engagement, and consistency;
(including tutorial classes and hangouts).
Before we drive forward with our posts, we would like to show our gratitude to all our subscribers for subscribing to the Incredible India Community
Our community is a general community;
and users from every part of the world can share their activities based on anything with their regional language.
But there are some criteria that we mentioned earlier- no abuse, any hateful content, or any classification of religious controversy;
NSFW kind of content is now welcome here.
But let us inform you if the nominated post has already been upvoted by hungry-griffin, steemcurator01, and steemcurator02;
In that case, we will not pass the reward. But if any week we encounter that the deserving candidate didn't get the support, in that condition, we will reward the user with the steem we declared.

This week, our friend shared another recipe for dry fish. The best part of any recipe is we are required to mention the proper amount of ingredients and the steps we followed while making the same. নিজের নাম এভাবে দেখবো এটা অনেক দিনের পুরনো শখ ছিল। একটা সময় সবার নীচে নাম ছিল। একটু একটু করে উপরে ঊঠে আসা। এই পুরোটা সময়ে এই কমিউনিটির সবাই যেভাবে সাপোর্ট দিয়েছেন তার জন্যে কৃতজ্ঞ। চেষ্টা করবো নিজেকে প্রতিনিয়ত একটু একটু করে উন্নীত করার।
