Challenge Completed

  • Sunday: 1 hour walk
  • Monday: 30 min walk
  • Tuesday: 1 hour walk

My Assessment

I have been on plenty of walks the last few days because I live in the beautiful English countryside and the weather has been amazing and sunny!

I usually power walk my way around rather than go slowly, especially if I am on my own :)
