My Assessment
I went for a 4.5 hour bike ride through the countryside in the gorgeous sunshine! We followed the canal paths and rode all over the hills and riversides. In total we did 28 miles. I feel tanned and sleepy now :D A great Saturday spent in the fresh outdoors with the sunshine and blue skies :)
