Today's Fitness Completed

  • 30 min jog
  • 30 min yoga

My Daily Assessment

Again, I was slightly sore, but I had a little 30 minute jog outside and then stretched out with yoga, which also incorporated core strengthening pilates moves.

  • Try to upvote as many contributors as possible to motivate and support each other.
