My Daily Assessment
After catching up with friends over the Easter bank holiday weekend, today was very much a struggle!! I took a nice easy walk and slow yoga session before completing my squats!

I've been travelling for days and feel really out of sorts and figety and weird... can not wait to hit the gym after work tonight!
Thank you so much for introducing me to it!! It really gives my workout a nudge especially on days like today where I am recovering from a long weekend with friends and family!! :) yes the gym will definitely sort you out! :D
