Sunday Chat - 6 p.m. EST
Friendly reminder that every Sunday, we are having 'meetings' and would like people to attend. We will start at roughly 6 p.m. EST this time and go until whenever. The purpose is to familiarize yourself more with your fellow allies and go over any changes or suggestions people may have. We're a family, and want you all to participate in the growth and steady flow of Allied activity and really just get to know each other. If you are in one the Syndicates, ask one of the officers to get you an invite to the main hub.

Momentum is steady, growth continues, and it's business as usual in the
@syndicates. Please be aware for the people that want to join
#thealliance, this is where you need to go. Click one of those links up there to join our discord channel to be considered. It is required that you write an application post that entails three things; where you heard about us, why you want to join us and what you believe you can contribute as an ally. What we are built upon is the family unity and ENGAGEMENT that having small unique groups entails. You are still an ally by becoming syndicated, and are still welcome to join the main hub once you have been accepted. We're getting more selective, and if you need help becoming a good quality contributor to the platform, we can assist you there as well.

Just because someone is accepted as a member, does not mean they will forever remain a member. That is solely their choice to maintain their participation with the family. Members' content and engagement are checked periodically by the Quality Control Officers. The Juyo will also check to see the level of support given to your family. Lack thereof are grounds for removal and MOST will be asked about your intentions. Notification will depend on the level of commitment you had shown prior to getting put on the chopping block. If you are or have been removed, feel free to re-apply at any time. All new and re-applying members are subject to the same application process, regardless of your STEEM Power or Reputation, and will be reviewed by the Syndicates' leaders.

It’s this new math it is so confusing
Don't get me started on that new math. GRRRR I can't believe I'll have to teach my son that. Makes me want to homeschool him.
OOps sorry I am lucky I only see it occassionaly with the grandkids and dont have to deal with it, but I still have no idea what was wrong with math the way we learnt it
I understand people learn differently and nothing is one size fits all, but if you teach kids to learn like that they'll never become the engineers and scientist of tomorrow. I would never have finished 1 physics problem in college if I followed what they teach math nowadays.

I read it through to the end - can I get an #thealliance cookie 🍪 ? Love the tag game idea, very forward thinking hopefully @dadview picks up on the idea I love his posts - very creative. To be fair I am new to Gamma and doing my best to keep up with their very wonderful content - adding in the core and other syndicates is going to be a struggle but it is no surprise I was already following and enjoying content from members of both. Birds of a feather do truly flock together - and support each other so even the smallest and weakest make the journey. I think @themothership is an inspired incentive - and will commit myself to ensure all members can join in - whatever it takes.
