Mind is willing with great zest
Heart vehemently protest
Out of focus and in mess
Living in past, thinking less

Drowning in tears
Covered by fear
Succumbed to despair
I hardly compare

Weakened knees, making excuses
Possible but a pessimist
Finding solace in dark dome
Not leaving the confort zone

Founded by resentments
Thickened by shattered moments
Invisible, I barely recall
Wall in between that stands tall
Poetry for me is an art of heart where you are letting the emotions flow on every words you use. It is a door to other dimension, as you can take your readers to a place you want them to be and let them feel the power of your craft.
