어느 날 모든 것이 사라져 버렸습니다. 곁에 있고 싶은 마음 뿐입니다. 하지만 이미 이 세상 사람이 아닙니다. 진정 그녀의 곁에 머물수 있는 방법이 없을까요.

Ghost, 국내에서는 '사랑과 영혼'이라는 제목으로 개봉되었습니다. 사고는 너무나 순식간에 일어났고 샘은 사랑하는 연인 몰리의 곁을 그렇게 무심하게 떠나가게 됩니다.

영혼이 되어버린 샘, 하지만 몰리 곁을 떠나지 못합니다. 그러던 중 영혼과 소통할 수 있는 점술사를 만나게 됩니다. 샘은 점술사를 통해 몰리에게 다가서게 되는데요.

두 배우가 도자기를 빚는 장면이 너무나 유명합니다. 영화 이후 많은 드라마와 영화에서 패러디 될 정도로 명장면으로 인식되고 있습니다. 개봉한지 벌써 30년 가까이 된 영화이지만 영화가 주는 감동은 여전히 진행형입니다.

생전의 패트릭 스웨이지의 모습과 데미 무어의 젊은 시절 모습을 고스란히 담고 있습니다. 특히나 데미 무어의 짧은 헤어 스타일은 영화 상영 당시 트렌드가 되기도 했었습니다.

영화 장면에 음악이 흐르는 영상과 Righteous Brothers가 곡을 부르는 영상을 같이 올립니다.

샘은 진정 영혼이 되어 몰리와 다시 사랑을 나눌 수 있을까요.
