Hi everyone, it is my pleasure to welcome you to my report for last week, my work here includes checking of plagiarism, image, club status and quality posts, i want to commend all of you that are producing quality post till date, I have learned a lot from your post and will continue to learn more
I love reading especially those that are epic content, i noticed that such post no matter how busy I am i must read it and read it again, i also value the post of our newbies, you are doing very well, keep on writing before you know it you'll become expert like @barnabie, @ruthjoe, @chimeroselam @sammylove and many more, you can only do that if you make yourself available for learning.

Mentorship and recruitment
Unfortunately I didn't sign anyone up last week but mentorship was almost everyday both online and offline, @sureway044 came to the house for his own mentorship, he is among the newbies I mentioned earlier that write and go, he is making post but some was not in line so I called him to come and learn how to make quality post so as to attract vote.

Promotion and training for last week
Last week we went out for promotion at Udoudoma also we had our weekly training which always help us to do more the following week. Here is our Promotion picture/training.
Our plans for this week
If one do not plan to succeed it is obvious that the person is planning to fail.
In that case team goal getters plan this week is to promote steemit, participate in engagement Challenge, training and community contest.
Observation/Conclusion
While i was verifying post last week, i observed that our newbies when they make post, they don't come back again to check their post even when you give them correction they will will not reply, i observed 2 post of newbies that has plagiarism, i told the person what to do up till now that am making this report, no reply yet, many of them too do not set 10% to @steemalive, many are not verified members of steemalive so please our promoters should help our recruits to understand steemit please, many of them that I checked their page are making post without direction.
For newcomers please you need the direction of your mentor, if you think that you know it all i assure you, you will get tired soon and quit, it is not good you spend time and data to make plagiarised post and when you are muted you don't even know that you have been muted, what a waste of time.

The trainings is something that caught my fancy,it helps newbie to learn faster and know what is expected of them.
