I can believe with you dear friend. Sun can lead to skin cancer. It's important we don't expose ourselves too much to the sun.

This is true. But base on our economical system, attimes, we finds it too difficult to eat twice a day. How much more of fruit. May God help all steemians to reach our goal of eating balanced diet

You are right about that, but sometimes it doesn't really cost much to eat balanced meal. For the fruit aspect, it's very much advisable to eat at least one fruit a day and in our clime here we are so blessed with seasonal fruits, a
which are very affordable so we should take advantage of that and eat more fruits.

Balance diet contributes to our well being. But, hete in Africa, our people don't value it. I wish everyone can read this post to know the importance of balance diet and exercise. @mesola, keep posting, and we will keep on supporting you.
