Stress is the way your body respond to any demanding situation because, hormones floods into our system through the help of our brain thereby increasing our heart rate, regulates our blood pressure, expand our lungs and also tense our muscles.
So, in another form, one can say that stress is our bodies natural way of responding to challenges and or dangerous situations.
But not all stress are bad. Some are good while some are bad. Therefore, in today's package, let's examine the good and bad stress. When examined, it will help us to differentiate between bad and good stress. More to that, it will help is to minimize bad stress. Now, let's start the journey!

If one have a set goal he or she wants to attain to, the good stress will help or enable the person to reach such goal.
If you're sitting for an exam, its the good stress that will enable you to perform better. It helps in focussing your attention to the exam.

Stress is a silent killer because is inside and affect our emotions so much, the cortisol hormones which releases when we are undergoing stress is a bad one, exam stress has to do with the brain and it is bad too, as you have passed the stress @marajah I hope you can manage stress now.
May Jehovah help us to avoid bad stress because it can lead to so many things. I am a life witness of bad stress. It really changes someone's attitude and his way of behavior. Infact I use to be very upset when dealing with had strees. Now I know that God stress help us to succeed in any goal we have set for us.
