My legs were sore after yesterday’s workout. The temptation is to feel sorry for yourself and take days off to recuperate. I find this is the worse thing to do. Soreness, in this case, was a sign of under-training more than anything else. So I made sure I did some cardio today to keep the blood flowing to the legs.

I needn’t go crazy however… it’s consistency over intensity and an opportunity to shake out those cobwebs!
