Fit@40 #42 - Duvet on the Cycle Machine

Today's thought

Today felt like a duvet day, however I battled through the urge to slack off and went to the gym to burn some calories. I cheated a bit because I burned the 300 calories on the cycle machine rather than the running machine. However I pushed myself as hard as I could, working up a good sweat.

Tomorrow is another session with Ivar. So I’m going to get an early night to ensure I’m ready to go in the morning.
