As you’ll notice from my log I haven’t worked legs for a while. I’ve been doing a lot of cycling which can be taxing but no excuses, I simply haven’t put the work in. However with my wrist playing up Ivar decided to make to today leg day. I’ve been doing leg workouts outside of my sessions with Ivar so it was good to work the legs using someone else routine.

It was a killer though and I was definitely feeling the strain (as you’ll see from the footage below).

Not only have I left it too long to hit the legs, Ivar had me doing weighted squats which I haven’t done in a while. I prefer doing bodyweight squats as I like to go as deep as I can and try to keep the hips supple. All good though, I plan to ramp up my leg workouts as it is something I can do without putting undue tension on my wrist.
