Fit@40 #44 - Non-cheat Day!
Today's thought
So today (Friday) I ate less calories than I anticipated. I knew I was going out in the evening (to watch Bellator 200) so I had a light breakfast and lunch in anticipation of an evening of bad eating.
As it turns out I didn't eat as much at the event as I thought would, meaning I ended the day short of my calorie target.
Oh well... I guess I'll have to have a cheat meal tomorrow to make up for it!
