Today's thought/ pics/ vids

Today I was mainly focused on work. Which meant hours hunched over a computer.

Whereas in the past I would have worked at the expense of everything else, today I ensured the first thing I did was go to the gym and get some cardio in.

Second to that I ensure I ate well.

Exercise and nutrition. The basic building blocks to good health. The rest of the day was structured around that.

I think that's a really big shift, when you find yourself structuring your work around your exercise regime.

I must confess, I've never experienced that but it completely makes sense...

Now that I'm over 40 (grrr), I think I need to follow your lead. Thanks for the inspiration!

Wow, I didn't know this account existed, I think it could guide me from your routines to encourage me to do something for my body, I admit it, my willpower is gone and I don't want to go back.
