Fit@40 #47 - Ordinary Day
Today's thought
Today (Monday) was on course to be just an ordinary day. It is a bank holiday and after yesterday’s blowout I was tempted to spend the day lounging around. I could pick up the fitness mantle tomorrow.
However today turned into a new ordinary day. There are no days off. I took advantage of the slow day by allowing myself to fast. I didn’t have breakfast and after doing a bit of work in the morning I allowed myself to have a nap. After napping I showered and went to the gym.
Eventhough I had fasted for the best part of 14 hour I didn’t feel hungry. In fact, I’m not sure whether it was because of yesterday’s carb overload, I’d extra energy in the gym today. I followed up a hard cardio cycle with a leg workout. Today should technically be my day off as I have back to back sessions with @ivargereiko and @colossus39 over the next 3 days.
However… there are no days off until I reach my goal. That’s an ordinary day for me now.

Leg day has always been my favorite since my main focus was legs before . Since it’s the month of Ramadan , I’ve been skipping gym here and there so progress becomes lost. Can you tell me how to work out so when I don’t go for 2 days, that it doesn’t fade away
Keeping fit is one thing I don't joke with cause it makes me stronger and light in other to carry myself without feeling lazy thanks for sharing this statistics for us.
@yenisnfer salutes you fitat40The exercise is of great constancy and perseverance, it must be taken with great responsibility because it requires effort and dedication and must be maintained with good discipline and very focused on the result you want to achieve and good nutrition that is fundamental.
This is such a good deal tryna reach your target goal @fitat40. It looks hot inside the gym,l guess
