[Roofs of the world: watercolor, pastel, markers] Part 17
So I began my course on drawing the roofs of different cities in the world. The course is constructed in such a way that simultaneously lessons are given in three directions and on the same topic. I decided that I will sum up the method of comparing different techniques within a single topic. I will paint with watercolor, pastel and markers.
The first part is under the link:

Today I will show the last final task, which I painted with markers. I had several attempts with different roofs (I even went to Moscow to paint!), But as a result I chose this one. This is the roof of the neighbor's house, they have a small building on the site (I do not know what it is used for), but under a certain foreshortening it turned out to look immediately at two roofs: one on the background of the other. And I thought that this is an excellent option for the final work.
I draw with the markers Graphit, Copic and Stylefile on the new marker paper Bristol SM LT. I have not yet painted on it, so at the same time I'll see how it behaves with the markers. The first layer I have is the lightest, pink.
Then I add a light gray for those details that are not the main ones.
Now I detail the facade and the roof
I add colors to the trees.
Now the sky. I leave white clouds.
The final detailing by the liner. I highlight only the details of the first roof, and the second roof will remain the background.
And this photo had to be handed over: here on the background of the roof is my sketch.
Still, of all materials for creativity, I like markers the most. Remember, I painted the roof before this course? Now I'm ready to draw it again. And you can compare the result. Are you waiting?
