I have been playing my own personal games at the Garden of Eden, and have been absent from Steemit for a bit of time. I've been antsy to share with you all of these unbelievably creative pieces we made together. I know you're going to be astounded at the talent spread across the globe, all joined together here by one common thread.

I offered up to the Steemit Artist Community an Invitation to collaborate on this photograph:
This is a photo I took on a bike ride on a sunny day. I just happened upon a small pile of fine, white sand in the road that already had some texture in it. I added my shadow and took some shots.
Then, 17 more artists took my image and
did their own creative thing
to produce 17 Collaborative Masterpieces.

This is a great interpretation indeed @paolobeneforti. I love how we can all see something different and how all our expressions are all so on spot! I love how you used blue for this line drawing, it has such a thoughtful and calming feel to it. The pastel colors are such great contrast to the blue and makes this quite the statement! I"m soooo glad you have come out to play with us. I love what you have done and excited for this great contribution to our repertoire.

Oh what fun it is to see the world through your eyes @wordsword! I love how you have no real tangible explanation for what gets inspired inside of you. I also love how art is just that way--so spontaneous and straight out of nowhere!! This is a a great interpretation of such fun-ness!!! I've been away from Steemit for about 7 months and it looks like our paths are meeting once again @everlove. I absolutely LOVE collaborative work and would have loved to have seen this particular image earlier as something sprang to 'mind' for me almost immediately.

Such a beautifully warm welcome back @everlove. Still feeling my way in finding 'my tribe' here at Steemit. And as my online time is a tad limited, I have the feeling that your #collaborativeartjourney has come at just the right time, and is exactly what may be needed for me to move into new work that I've been contemplating for some time now.
I worked with collage many years ago and found it to be so liberating after years of disciplined drawing. Have done a little image manipulation with photoshop too, but find myself gravitating back to 'hands on' collage work. Having a set background will be such a wonderful way to begin.
I feel excited about participating and getting to know some of the other artists collaborating with you. Once again thanks so much. 🙏💗🙏
It's truly my pleasure. I feel the same about hands-on manipulation. Sitting behind the computer screen is not my favorite way of engagement, and my digital skills are not as potent as that which I do with my hands. Collage is one of my favorite things in life--I seem to piece everything together in more arenas than just art projects. I tend toward the free flow of things, though I too have my organized and structured tendencies as well.
I hope we can inspire you to immerse yourself here. This artists' community is super supportive and sometimes just what we need to stretch ourselves into new creative space. I'm excited to see how it unfolds for you and the blessings you will bestow upon us. Excited to have you back @allyinspirit.
