Delicious fish burger.
We start using a container, pour the 200 grams of fish with:
- Finely chopped onion.
- Carrot finely chopped.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
- Leaves of parsley.
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- Corn flour to agglutinate.
Mix and when we have a mixture similar to this.
We proceed to form our hamburger, using the help of a can cut by the upper and lower ends.
Once armed, we take to refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, we prepare a delicious dressing to accompany our hamburger with:
- Grated carrot.
- Parsley finely chopped.
- Lemon to taste.
- Tabasco sauce to taste.
Spread a little of the dressing on top of the bread and onions cut into julienne strips.
We fry our hamburger and begin to put together in this order:
- Bread.
- Dressing.
- Burger.
- Carrot.
- Onion
- Bread with dressing.
We put on and have our complete burger, ready to be tasted.
