Kodak to Make it's own CryptoCoin: Kodak Coin
Remember Kodak? The 100+ year old photography company that made snapping pictures a part of an American pastime is now planning to release a new cryptocurrency coin called Kodak Coin built on top of the blockchain. Investors seemed impressed with the move as the company stock more than tripled on the news. Ther blockchain going to be used to build KodakOne, the company's new photo rights and royalties tracking product for digital photographers. KodakCoin will be the currency used on that platform.

Big guys are riding the hype! This is great news.
I'm not sure exactly how they plan to capitalize on this , but photo rights and royalty tracking like something that the blockchain would be extremely good at - perhaps all new digital images will automatically be blockchained - though it seems like most digital pics already have a ton of meta data included in them already ... maybe now they will all talk to each other - perhaps flag images posted online if they royalties have not been paid for them.... will be interesting to see all the different industries getting disrupted
Kinda similar to the Copytrack ICO that I saw. I would try to read what do they really offer. I've been really careful in choosing ICOs now since after what happened to me in the past.

Crazy. They had a couple big plants here in Northern Colorado that shit down years ago. I am guessing their stock was not very high if it tripled.
I can't believe they are back, they were bankrupt I believe. Great place to make a come back though. :D

Yea lol. They were massive before so hopefully they can get back on track. Seem to be heading in the right direction. Would be a great come back story.
