Peter Schiff is an economist, financial broker/dealer, and author that has been long known for predicting the financial collapse of the US dollar and is an avid proponent of gold and silver. Many of his reports have been highlighted in major financial periodicals and he is considered a respected expert in his field.
Peter, however, is NOT impressed with Bitcoin or cryptocurrency and says it has no true intrinsic value. Watch him defend his stance in this heated debate with other Bitcoin enthusiasts on why he feels this way.

Peter does make some good points. I love BTC and Crypto's buy I also love Peter. He has taught me a ton on how the economy works, money, fiance so it is hard for me to discredit him.
that's why I found this debate so interesting - I too respect what Peter has to say - and he did call the real estate market .. still .. I think we are in uncharted territory and too difficult for even the experts to really wrap their head around how all of this is going to turn out...

Fascinating, going to watch now. For historical purposes, I currently think that there will be some crypto winners long term, but bitcoin won't be one of them (or any PoW coin for that matter)
