Today I was as light as I've been for many years (particularly after a morning of fasted cardio, I went as low as 218.1). It's funny because I remember the when I considered this weight as heavy. Now I see the chink of light to a fitter, leaner me. Getting there slowly but surely.

I must say keeping fit is one thing i love the most cause it strenches the bones and makes the body lighter.
