Fit@40 diary - Entry #17: Keep on Moving
Today was all about keeping moving. You get days like this. When you've pushed your body to a point where you need rest. However you've committed to no days off.
For me #nodaysoff does not mean going HAM everyday. It means being conscious of your goes every day. My goals do not include spending a day where I'm not undergoing some kind of physical exercise. Today's 'workout' was more of an active rest. Alongside my uphill treadmill walk, I also spent the day stretching and ensured I spent as much time out of the house as possible.
