Fit@40 diary - Entry #16: Tuesday Takeaway
So today was a tough day. Ideally I would have had a day's break (from resistance training) between leg day and chest. However I was straight back on the horse.
Ironically I also ate like a horse today.
After the session, Ivar and I went for lunch. It was cool being able to chill and chat outside all the training. I was home alone today and didn't feel like cooking so I ordered some Caribbean food. Not strictly a clean eating day today however no dessert, so that's got to count for something right?

Resistance training??? I bet you eat like a horse. Remembered the first time I did a resistance training, I got home and couldn't hold my game pads, my hand were all shaky.
