[Vlog] Fit@40 diary - Entry #9: No skipping

So today I did something that I try to avoid; I skipped a meal. After I a hard morning chest session with @ivargereiko, I had rush across London to sit on a panel discussion at the Tech In Ghana conference. This meant I missed lunch. Fortunately I had a post workout shake and banana that (along with adrenaline) saw me through to dinner.

The reason I dislike skipping meals is that it usually leads to me craving carbs and unhealthy food in the evening. Thanksfully I avoided that pitful today.

I skip lunch most times but I won't really have much strength for work out in the evening. Nice training you doing in no time you'll look like my trainers

Skipping a meal is not a good choice because you are already following a strict diet plan and if you try to skip any meal from that then that would lead to craving and ultimately we eat something unhealthy,

You already looks very slim as compared to when you started so try not to avoid a meal and continue your hardwork, All the best @nanzo-scoop 🤓
