Fit@40 diary - Entry #19: Getting scientific
Fitness Thoughts of the Day
I've decided to get more scientific about my eating. I've been zig-zagging my calories (sub-consciously) quite a bit lately. Although it is working reasonably well so far in terms of shedding fat and getting lean, I'm not it is sustainable. I also want to keep a closer track of what is (and isn't working).
I've used MyFitnessPal before. I've always found it a bit of a chore to laboriously take down everything I eat. However since I've been doing it (shorthand ) over the last three weeks, it should be an easier transition tracking on an app again

Using an app for keep Tracking on our daily calories intake is a good option but some times i feel lazy to put daily eating schedule in apps so it's not for me 😅
