DAY 16 - NO SMOKING - 21 DAY CHALLENGE
There's been some intense moments and there's been some super chill moments...and there's been a cross pollination of moments...and all in all it's been pretty fun - If anything, I've learned that I am one with smoking - whether or not I do it or I don't do it - I am Cool.
I think what makes stopping to smoke so difficult for many people is that they create an emotional dependence upon smoking and there's a real difficulty in being real about the severity of that emotional dependence.
I think creating bandaid solutions as ways to 'cheat' yourself into stopping is kind of a vain attempt and approach. In my opinion the only real way to be the master of yourself - is through facing your urges and impulses....to go into your emotions and feelings and investigate them to the depths of yourself.
Let self-forgiveness and writing be your guide.
Self-forgiveness is perhaps the most powerful tool we can give to ourselves....perhaps that is why it is so difficult at times...because we first must accept ourselves as worthy and deserving of self-forgiveness.

Great challenge sir i have done it finally and stoped this habbit.
Congratulations. You are through the worst of it. When I gave up I found the first 3 days the worst. After that it was easier. Keep it up though, it’s well worth it. You’ll feel much better soon, if not already.

In my opinion the greatest weakness of people is they approach towards drinking and smoking habit to forget the issues but it's not an like that, people should accept that, smoking and drinking is an addiction and there is no other reason, many people say that it's not addiction for me and i can leave these stuff anytime, but they say and they continue the same things, this means they have control over conscious mind but all habits are stored at subconscious mind and it will always force us to continue, but if we truly try to slowly forget these stuff then we can do it because smoking and drinking are nothing for good.
You have some interesting stuff and and this 21 days no smoking challenge sounds really great and i hope that slowly you will stop smoking. And continue this amazing work and enjoy.

It's a great experience to share your journey through videos on this 21 day challenge. Although I havn't been the most regular follower of this series but I have seen it from day one of when you started it.
It has helped me some ways though - not directly but has contributed some to a decision I made. Actually it has to do with steemit. I was actually trying to get more involved here on steemit for a while but wasn't taking those last few step.
Then an opportunity came by in the form of steem monster cards. Then there were your posts and a few others and some contemplation .......... kind of progressed nicely and we'll see how it goes.
