DAY 15 - NO SMOKING - 21 DAY CHALLENGE
I faced some heavy emotions today. I got dumped by this chick I started dating. First date got cut short! Oh man - I never experienced a date not going well. I like to talk and I like to listen...and I found this chick to be quite interesting....so it caught me off guard for sure.
Me and this chick...I will call her chick for the sake of anonymity...lol - had been writing back and forth for about a week...and it turned out she is a writer too and so I had been sharing my blogs with her...and she had been sharing some private writing's with me....so I was like wow..there's a pretty cool connection developing here
Anyways didn't play out the way I thought!
Goes to show that you really got to check yourself and make sure you're not overly invested in any particular outcome. I mean yes you can want things to go a certain way....but hey things don't always play that way.
Championship Living is to embrace the ups and the downs....the wins and the losses....the good and the bad of any and every single day....to soak it all up and to use everything to make yourself better than ever for the next day ahead.
A day is indeed a lifetime and then some!
Part of my starting this no smoking for 21 day challenge was motivated by me not handling rejection so well and having had a fall out with a long time girlfriend - It was quite devastating to me.
I didn't even want to talk about rejection at all here in this video - but I realized I had a resistance and I am all about facing the most difficult truths of myself.
Resistance is my life road map and blueprint.
So without further a do...here's my story sharing for day 15 - no smoking.
