If you are constantly travelling like myself and work as a digital normad (meaning you don't stay long enough in one country to be considered a resident) you want to have everything done digitally. Estonia is a small country but has the most automated company incorporation etc. in the world.

Become an Estonia E-Resident
Anybody can become an Estonia E-Resident. You will receive an E-resident Card and you are than able to open a company within minutes or open a Bank Account. To get verified you have to either go to a consulate of Estonia somewhere in the world) or travel to Estonia to get your fingerprints scanned. Once that's done you can do everything online. The Estonian Government has automated everything. Incorporate your company, get your bank account online and link your bank account to an online accounting software. Anything you spend with your company bank account will be automatically send to your book keeping and than you can online file your tax. I was quite impressed when I visited Estonia a while ago, it is really interesting that they even offer API to Government services.

I heard about this e-Resident thing couple of years ago and one more time recently last month at a talk on blockchain. Quite amaze with the progress of the country in terms in usage of technology.

yes there was a conference about blockchain 14days ago. they are all blockchain . the first blockchain bank will be from estonia too

wenn du eine eu firma brauchst ist estland perfekt. ist wie ein gmbh. hast nur 100euro kosten im monat. (alles incl. bueroadresse , buchhaltung und steuererklaerung und konto)
keine komische ug ettc.
the cost of a gmbh is why i never did more business here in germany. it's sad that the government thinks it's a good idea to put roadblocks in the way of people who want to start companies.
true . in germany they will make it almost impossible to run a company . the taxes are insane and everything is over regulated. same goes for banks. that's the reason i believe in crypto , blockchain and crypto currencies will set our world free again
