"Thank You For Being" @alexandravart!
We have a blessed opportunity to honor someone we find great appreciation for,
and to put it on the block chain for all time!
This could be a profound game
that amplifies the juicy feelings of gratitude we feel,
while giving energy to the positive side of building community here on Steemit.

I dedicate this post to one of my very favorite artists on Steemit,
my new Romanian friend @alexandravart!

@alexandravart--this one's for YOU!!!
While at Steemfest in Lisbon, I was sorting through the 140+ images submitted for exhibition at the ArtAtSteemfest venue.
There was one special piece that really caught my eye.
"Identity"
I picked it up and held it straight to my heart. I felt the love in this creation, and knew there was something extraordinary about it. Every time I would walk into the venue, my eye would be drawn to its spot on the wall,
and I would secretly dream that this piece of art would somehow make its way back with me to the @gardenofeden.
At our closing dinner on the final night of Steemfest2,
we spread out all of the images from the exhibition at the front of our dinner hall for everyone to enjoy again.
After dinner, @roelandp made an announcement that the images were available to the artist who created them, and the remainder to be taken by others who felt called to the works. Steemians poured over the images, and chose their favorites as a gift, and as a reminder of the potency of this artists' community and our time together at Steemest2.
I gave plenty of access to these images to others before scanning them, holding my breath, in hopes that I hadn't waited too long to find "Identity". Alas, there she was, in all her brilliance, still awaiting me. It's true, she would make the journey back with me to the @gardenofeden. I was ELATED!!!!
I placed her on top of my clothes in my suitcase, where she just barely fit, her edges being skimmed by my luggage zipper. I hauled her with me throughout Portugal and Spain for a month, and every time I opened my suitcase, there I saw this magnificent gift. OMG!!! I am so astounded by this blessing.
@alexandravart, I love what a prolific artist you are. I really love detail, so I have great appreciation for the detail in your work -- it's incredibly commendable. Your choice of colors is always a breath of fresh air, and in the flow and movement of every piece I feel your joy of creation.

and also the realizations that you are experiencing along the way here on Steemit.

Yesterday I was small and incapable of doing something about it. This problem seemed too big for me to even try. I was focused on my individual problems. I created my art to solve my own problems, and my art was small because of that, along with me.Today I give my best effort for a bigger purpose, and thanks to blockchain and its applications and the philosophy behind all of them, I am not alone.
Because I am more privileged than others and I am part of a community with the same mindset and goals, none of our efforts are small anymore.
We all share everything valuable that we have, put it all together and create more value just to share it again with everyone that wants it and needs it.

ooooo ,I really have to exhale a lot before I start writing my reply, I am so moved by this, it is hard to find the words.
I have a lot of flaws, and I am incapable of doing so many things right, I am good at this one thing and I always thought it will never be enough. I always thought, that with just my art, I will never be capable of reaching people, I will never be capable to give my best because I lacked social skills , and confidence mostly.
Here , I found people that are building up my confidence for me, I found people that are seeing me past the walls I built around myself out of fear, I found people that are willing to trust my capabilities more than I ever trusted.
I feel the sweetest pressure on my shoulders today. I needed this pressure so much. I needed people to expect from me, because where there is expectancy, I give, I give and I give without stopping.

Thank you for wanting to build something with me, art , friendship, community :)
I feel that one of the most special things about Steemit is that we get to share our passions, and we get to give our very best of it to each other. We get to share the love around, support each other, uplift each other, and be real with each other. Steemit will be what we make it to be....this is our opportunity.
I see you are already reaping the rewards of this artists' community. We all have our flaws, our weaknesses and our insecurities. But here we can do what we love, and rise above those things that are holding us back. I for one, see the magnificence of your heart through your art, and it is so plain for me to see that this is your gift, what you are put on this planet to share. It is enough. It is MORE than enough. You have already blessed us exponentially through simply being....who could ever ask more than that?

Being not perfect and having your flaws is the side that shows your humanity and that is perfectly fine. If you didn't have your flaws i would have tried to look for you, hold your palm and pinch you to be very sure you are human haha. Your are an artist with distinction and i am not exaggerating. When i told you you made me appreciate art more and want to know more, that is the truth. You really deserve the love, care and attention that comes your way through your works and from your works i am able to see your human side too. How can you create something this beautiful if you are not one yourself? You are beautiful at heart, in deeds and even your works. Keep being the ever amazing @alexandravart. Your works will reach even a bigger audience. Expect visibility. 💪

Oh my!!! What a complete surprise this is @jr11. I'm so glad you wrote that, not only because I appreciate your words and all the things you said about me, but because I'm glad to find you and others of like mind that know the answer is in love.
