TUB: The Unknown Band
"Music is food for our soul", yes, all of us can play musical instruments, but most of us used it for fame or to impress others and not for the love or passion for it; to express the emotions behind those lines and music.
The post is about how the band was formed and how it is guided by their mentor @greatestbastard. It gives the readers the feeling that we really need to step up on our game and if you want to pursue music you need to put your heart out. It received a curie vote last 02-21-2018 it is just his 3rd post here on steemit and he already got a Curie vote great job @greatestbastard!
Welcome To Monster Rumble!
A wild guri-gure appeared! This time he joined a contest about Monsters and Mythical creatures! hosted by @cobmaximus and that is his official entry. The comic strip is really hilarious and I will not be sharing what the contents of it you really need to check on that link but I can say that it is worth it!
Starting with his first polymer tutorial @bigboycrafts was able to get the attention of Curie by sharing the detailed process of creating this magnificent piece. Simply looking at the images uploaded will make you think on trying this hobby too.
After sponsoring the 300 pesos GC in our "Choppy Karaoke Night" @davinsh woke up getting this good news that finally, he got a curie vote with his review on the game Rules of Survival, where he discusses what the game is all about and also his personal experiences related to the game. He really did apply what he is learning on the feedback session conducted by @promo-mentors great job bro!

She is now in love with clay-art! This time @tonie shares how she was able to create these amazing and yummy treats. They definitely look like the real thing.
Power of Love | A story of making a difference
You can never go wrong when you read @maverickinvictus post this time he joined a contest hosted by @sfp-cebu for What It Means To Be A Woman - SFP-Cebu #WomanPower Writing Contest and he shares his story about her elder sister. How she was able to influence him in a way that he is right now.
This group is led by no other than @wdoutjah one of the most creative and awesome blogger that I do know of. His group in Cebu will continue on spreading the positive vibe that the steem blockchain is offering. The best part of it? They are also going to give back to the community. They are connected to the Lugaw Project which is introduced in the 1st edition of Luau. Aside from that, they will be doing the following too.
- photography workshops ( perfect for our photo-enthusiast)
- financial literacy
- community outreaches and many more!
Also to open the month of March they hosted an awesome event tackling one of the questions asked in the Ms. Universe "What It Means To Be A Woman"
Seems like a very easy and simple question, yet behind it lies a deeper meaning. They say women are potent agents or warriors of change to the society. In fact, a popular saying goes, “In every successful man, there's always a woman behind him.”

Those 3 rewards are really fantastic. 50 SP will definitely help you out on not experiencing bandwidth issues in the meantime because that is one of the struggles if you are a minnow. You really want to support others but you cannot. 100% upvote who doesn't want that right? And coaching process I really love that! To become successful in any field you need to have a Mentor that will guide you on your journey.
What @chinitacharmer did on her added power is she offered help on the new guys around 2 weeks of age who are still struggling and gave upvotes on them plus coaching on markdowns and feedback also on how to improve.
The same goes with @wdoutjah they did use the powers vested in them wisely.
@khenbee one of the resident artist in our group joined in the contest together with @maane and @ismesikero. One of the mechanics on how to win the contest is the winner should gather a lot of upvotes on their entry. It was an ongoing campaign from time to time in the Facebook group chat and even discord group chat on asking the folks to upvote the said piece (but it is not mandatory) you can upvote to show support on the contest if the Ohana would not that is okay.
After the campaigning and stuff, we are so happy that he won the contest. He won 3SBD in the said contest that time.
Cravings for sweets? Just recently @tentalavera just won the @qurator 12th Tasty Tuesday with his mouth-watering slice of chocolate cake. He just won Tier 5 membership for 30 days! congrats man! Looking forward to more tasty images from you.

A good way to gain more followers and even gain some SBD rewards and Steem is by joining some contest. Here in Ohana may it be a grand prize or even a runner-up we still celebrate that because that means that your work is being appreciated by the contest host. May it be a contest that you joined or a contest that you are not aware of.
@tonie created these 2 lovely artworks and both of them won the contest that they joined. The minions entry placed in 5th at the Clay Art Contest hosted by @josejirafa and the word art entry "Love" won the 1st prize on the contest hosted by @photoquest.
@allerie00 will never fail to amaze you with her chibi-art entry in the contest hosted by @kennik she won the 2nd prize taking home 2SBD for the prize money.
In a curation contest two of our folks were chosen by @theleapingkoala to get 1 Upvote from him. The following people were @wdoutjah wherein he shares about getting around his hometown the Cebu City and @febradaytamarra wherein he shares a poem telling about how he misses his mama
@steemitfamilyph do daily curation of the exceptional post written using the tags #steemitfamilyph and #untalented but aside from that there are some groups that do feature either the author or even the blog post of the Ohana and Yes those are also worth celebrating woohoo! You see anything really good we celebrate in Ohana.
To start with it the Legendary Advocate of Engagement @maverickinvictus post Dropping it like it's hot! | Links, links, and links everywhere! was featured in February 21st -- Steemit Ramble #144 -- Curating Great Posts for You on this blog post of him, he told us that he hardly check the post-promo channel. ( I am also guilty on that I hardly check it as well) and one of the keys to success if really be engaged with your audience and the future audience too by leaving honest and worth reading comments related to the subject.
Another one is an amazing sculpture created by @bigboycrafts which are featured in
Ocean of Art 22: Dive in and discover some promising new Steemit artists / Minnowsupport Curation Team It was inspired by 2 things, his favorite mythical creature and his favorite season.
Then one of the A.I.'s of @steemitfamilyph was complimented by his very lovely boss @ashleykalila with his job that he is doing. When I read btw the message and that post related to how I did I was really challenged to do better and improve the quality of work that I am giving to her. I even got a twitter account now to support her and the A.I. is adding more skills to make sure he will be able to help her further.
As a campaign of engaging to the audience and even to other blog posts we decided to host a mini contest wherein 1 winner will win 1SBD and will get the chance to use the badge created by @wdoutjah
The rules are simple:

The wild @guri-gure won the first week of the Engagement Champion contest.
With his web-comic post and funny antics he beat @itsjessamae by 15 comments it's not very effective The Legendary Engager @maverickinvictus is still leading but that is okay he is not included on this contest so for some folks better luck next week. More comments created more chances of winning.
She may have lost in the Engagement Champion but @itsjessamae won the First Choppy Karaoke Session that launched last Friday. With the help of the "Mocha Girls" @chinitacharmer, @livsky, @shengrubel, and @ezraabas she won the votation. She received the following

The "Choppy Karaoke Contest was hosted by @khenbee, @maverickinvictus and @tpkidkai(me) and the feedback that we got is really awesome! We are really glad that we are able to have more folks joined in the discord server that day. Plus we have 5 participants including the winner.
For those who didn't win the contest, they still got 0.25 Steem from participating. This week we will still have the same prizes but the SBD reward is courtesy of @jazzhero and @gheghenrv. Also, the timeslot will be changed to 10 PM Manila Time in that way we can still cater the other folks who want to join in the contest.
To wrap everything in this week's report we will be featuring some members of Ohana in that way the followers will be able to know them better.
We are done with the leader now let's meet one of the people who is helping other Ohana the best way that he can. You may know him as the Legendary Engager, an awesome mentor, the long post guy, "dad" and the manager of the foundation but for me as his co-admin, he is a great friend.

Omnipresent! Haha he is always there except if he is on his personal time. Even at work, he is checking on us in discord and FB messenger. He always makes sure that he is available to help others not only the fellow Ohanas. He is also a down to earth ( for me and the other folks) leader in the @steemitfamilyph a reliable one and respected guy. He is always busy in helping others too.
Right now aside from @steemitfamilyph, he is also connected with @promo-mentors group wherein he is also helping new steemians and finding promising steemians to assist them.
He is also a great friend, I got the job on being an assistant of @ashleykalila with his recommendation and with that, I am truly grateful.
He is also knowledgeable in cryptocurrency and steemit gossips hahaha being always online and up to date he is the one giving us information and even some contest that we can join in. He always makes sure that there is no one being left in the family as long as we are able to help them in any way we can.
Btw this is a spot on feature and he doesn't know about it hahaha just like the first featured person in Ohana. He doesn't want any spotlight but rather he wants to see people be featured first rather than him. Kudos "dad"!
