I travel the world #263 : Breakfast and my take on the new Steemit Experiment

Craving some German Bread...

After long time in Asia I always crave 2 things. German Bread and driving without speed limit on the Autobahn. Usually the Autobahn thing is the first thing after landing. Get a rental car and drive, drive until the car is at 250KM/H. I love living in Asia, the only thing which is missing in Asia is great bread.

While having Breakfast I thought about the new no-Whale Vote test

Since I joined I experienced it all. I started as a trader, looked into the Whitepaper and started blogging. I got onto an Auto-Bot List and saw my SP growing. Every 2-3 month people figured something is not working, so some major changes are announced. Everything so far didn't work so I welcome the Whale Test. I was foolish enough to Invest my money and friends money (over 85 BTC) into Steem and this was my worst Investment decision in the last 12 month. While everything I touched in Crypto basically turned to Gold, Steem was a real mess and even I was able to earn a lot back through blogging, my initial invest might be lost forever. So it will be interesting to see if the whales not voting will change anything. I have seen so far, that my Vote is now again worth 1$ if a post already is at 10$ so that's refreshing for a change to see that again.

I hope that we will soon find a way making this wonderful platform work, so everybody start voting. Dolphins are the new whales !!! Minnows are the new Dolphins... !!! Let's do this !!!

Do you like german food ??

A downvote was applied to partially counter earlier whale votes as an experiment to reduce whale domination of voting influence. Not intended to express an opinion on the content nor result in a net reduction of rewards or reputation (automated notice)

Can't you get German food/ bread in Asia? Afaik, in big cities they have german restaurants.
Or try to make yourself :)

well. there is bread. but it is not the same as in germany and it is frckin expensive. at least the amounts of bread i need

yes, anything branded as European in Asia is generally expensive.
we have bakery like Swissbake becoming more of a cafe but by local standard, the price is more expensive. yet working people find it affordable enough.
as for the experiment, i think the whole world is an experiment.
as long as you're on board,

just enjoy the ride.

true . I am on board no matter what.

Upvoted and mentioned in my latest post. Cheers! Yummie btw, though I have to encourage everyone to ditch the meat.

I don't eat that bacon on top of the egg ;) I am almost veggie.
