MODULE 4 - CONCLUSION ON DEALING WITH FEAR.

I do not want you ever think that fear is abnormal. No, fear is very normal, infact it is humane. So it is very normal to be afraid skeptical and nervous about anything.

The only problem is been a victim of your fear and allowing it prevent you from achieving greatness.

There is something we call positive nervousness or fear, this means your fear psyching you to push for more, work towards this type of fear.

I need you to understand to always point out what you are afraid of. What exactly are you scared of and why?

If you are a public speaker, are you afraid of your audience? It's normal, you don't know what to say? Then research on your topic and make notes.

You are scared of writing because you feel people won't read, NO way, give it a trial, keep trying it, study people you are writing for and know why you are writing.

So, you see, break down your fears, and try to understand them, you might find out that there is no need to be afraid at all.

The feeling of perfection is another thing that spikes fear.

Do not even think you will attain perfection. Do you even know that it is a problem to be all perfect. The problem is not just about failing or falling at all, the problem squarely is about how you rise at each fall.

Fear grow with life, and it can be managed.
