MODULE 1 - DEALING WITH NEEDLESS FEAR.

FEAR is an unpleasant feeling triggered by the perception of danger, real or imagined.

It was possible that we human being become scared sometimes for a good reason. Fear makes us alert.

Example, you hear a sound in the bush and you become scared even when you've not seen the danger but this sound makes you alert and ready for the danger.

But when fear becomes excessive and unreasonable, it becomes "Needless Fear", hence our topic, "Dealing With Needless Fear".

The universal trigger for fear is the threat of harm, real or imagined. This threat can be for our physical, emotional or psychological well-being.

While there are certain things that trigger fear in most of us, we can learn to become afraid of nearly anything.

That's why we have so many phobias out there. For example, we will focus more on ATYCHIPHOBIA, that is the fear of failure which is very very common.

Failure is just one of the calculated risks we have to take as there is no possible way to predict the positive outcome of any Venture. But what if our fear becomes so great that it keeps us from even trying?

Then it becomes NEEDLESS FEAR.

Fear of failure becomes NEEDLESS when it prevents you from doing the things that can move you forward to achieve your goals.

Fear of failure keeps you from trying, creates self-doubt, stalls progress, and may lead you to go against your morals.
