Amazing how bad news travels at the speed of light and breeds faster than a virus on steroids, yet every single day of our existence we are offered more blessings than we know what to do with and none of those seem to hit the headlines?!
No matter how “little” you have – there is always something in your life to be grateful for.

Unfortunately man appears to have been conditioned to feed off the things which destroy his soul the most…. DARKNESS! NEGATIVITY! HATE!

Like the old Indian philosophy….

One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people. He said, "My son, the battle is between 2 "wolves" inside us all.

One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.

The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith."

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: "Which wolf wins?"

The old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed."

There was a time in my life when I only “understood” the concept of “The power of Intention” and then – there was a time in my life when I was broken. Completely and utterly broken. I might have smiled, but I was EMPTY to the core.

Gutted, abandoned, confused, bewildered, betrayed and left with this little person that I did not know how to embrace.

A business that I had started 9 years prior and now had no idea how to run because I simply had none of the confidence I had started with.

I was ANGRY, I was HURT, I was BITTER but more than anything – I was DESPERATE. Desperate to feel like myself again. The “me” that I had lost along the way….

It was then, that I FELT “the power of intention”. In one single moment, I realized my worth, my purpose and my value on this earth… and the fact that NO single person or incident should EVER have THAT amount of power over me or my life.

In that instant I accepted that no matter how much many might struggle to understand or accept my path, I KNOW it has reason and that I am here to fulfill it.

From that point forward, my life changed forever. (and so did my eyes…)

I picked myself “up and out of” a place which, at the time, I saw no way out of – and I have never looked back.

However,Complacency weaves its way into all our lives… and for the last few months it has crept up on me…. you know…how it goes…

I didn’t like the way it looked, smelt, tasted or made me feel and so – once again, I have demanded its absence.

Look around you! Smell. Feel. Touch. Watch.

Experience.

Once you are done – take all that CRAP that you worry about – THROW IT OUT THE BLOODY WINDOW – and pour yourself a delicious glass of…

GRATITUDE.

The more you drink it, the more you will have.

It is easy to forget such a simple principle… so here I am…. Reminding me, reminding you!

GIVE MORE!
LOVE MORE and you shall have more to love.
