THE DAIRY GAME: 08 AUGUST, 2020. TEAM5-NIGERIA WEEKLY UPDATE

welcome to @team5-nigeria weekly update
On this week’s update 08/08/2020, we will be looking at the activities of our five members in @team5-Nigeria.
As a team, we have been working hard, to ensure that we strive in the area of;
Recruitment
Retention and
Rewards
Here are some of the activities of some members of the team. Though we are still in the learning process, but we are putting in huge amount of effort to bring steemit to every map.
First, Recruitment
@lovveday recruited;
@ayeshanney08 to the Nigerian team
And she has been constantly active in the blog.
@lovveday also recruited;
@ighagift, but he got discouraged because of the plenty of writing he had to do, and he is not used to writing, that too lengthy writings.
He asked @lovveday if he can just shot 8 pictures and give a small note on them, that he could manage that format.
But @lovveday told him No. Because @lovveday wanted him to follow the rules and get voted for. So @lovveday mentioned that he has not heard from him in all form of connections.
@lovveday also recruited two other persons, but after i confirmed from them that they have registered , they stop replying my mails.
@lovveday was thinking maybe they are blogging by themselves without guardians and support from me.

On retention
We don’t really have the experience and steempower to ensure that the people who join steemit for blogging and financial reasons get their desires. What we do is to encourage them.
We opened our teams WhatsApp account where we discuss privately about things that affects our productively on the steemit platform. And it just our team members in it.

This is the much we can go for this week. It has been a busy week for us in @team5-nigeria. We are doing our best to be up to date in the game.
You can notice that @steemit4dan and @prechyrukky have not completed the trend on this note and they promised to complete all their outstanding post.
@demianvu has not made any entries on the dairy game since it began. I failed as a leader to encourage him through call because of my financial condition, so whatsapp was the only means affordable for me to talk comfortably with him, but he does not reply in mails.
We hope I can capture his attention to steemit as a leader.
