I had another push/ pull session with Ivar today. The two of us had a good conversation about diet. Up to now I've been able to make good gains without being super strict on my eating. However we both a agreed to make a maximum push in the next three weeks before I go on holiday.

That means sticking to a strict eating regiment. I like to draw an analogy to the last mile of a marathon. The previous 25 miles count for little if you falter over the last mile. Yes the next few weeks will be challenging however if I stick to the plan I should see the results of my work.
