In the morning, the guys barely had time to Wake up and have a little Breakfast, as the intercom rang, and the cheerful voice of Slavka invited them to ride with him around the city.

Gathering themselves quickly, they took the Elevator down to the courtyard, meeting no one at the entrance.

Slava, seeing his friends, broke into a happy smile and opened the car door for Vika.

– Hello, travelers, how are you? Rested at home from the rest? what's that? – the driver chattered as he took off at the same time. Vika and Anton barely had time to catch their breath...

– Well, you do, – Vika said, half frightened, half amused. – Aren't you afraid you'll get a speeding ticket someday?

– No, I'm not afraid – carelessly waved Slava – I-lucky, I'm always lucky!

– Luck doesn't last forever, – Anton said philosophically, putting on an important air, – it can turn away at any inopportune moment.

– Spit over your shoulder, knock on the wood, – the brave driver said with deliberate fright, and then laughed merrily.

So, have fun talking about nothing, they drove to the Academy, where the kids were greeted by the mentors.

They barely managed to say Hello to Victor, Nina Vasilyevna and Oleg Nikolaevich, as they were invited to go to the meeting hall.

There were already members of the Council, among whom were Oleg and Valentina Petrovna.

The invited guests of the Council sat in chairs against the wall of the hall, and a trio of young men lined up in front of the Council.

Vika once again, like last time, sweeping from her strong emotion, felt the trembling at the knees and slightly panicked. But as she looked at her companions, who stood quietly by her side, she suddenly became calm, and even began to regard the members of the Council with some interest.

Noticing her look, Valentina Petrovna nodded encouragingly to the girl, and then the Chairman of the Council addressed the audience, and the attention of all those present switched to him.

He briefly reminded the audience of the important function of the artifact, what mission had been entrusted to their young comrades, everything that had happened to them before this trip. And when he finished his speech, he said:

– Now we will listen to our young friends about what happened to them during their journey to Romania. Who will start?

He looked around at the boys and nodded to Victor, who raised his hand like a schoolboy in class.

– Come on, we're listening.

– First of all, I want to give you this artifact. What to do with it, I understand, will be decided by the Council.

He walked over to the table and carefully placed the artifact bundle in front of the presiding officer, then returned to his seat and began his story.

Victor described the adventures that he and his companions had to endure in detail and in colors.

Vika had expected him to be interrupted and offered, not to be distracted by details not directly related to the search for the artifact, but everyone in the room listened with genuine interest, only occasionally asking leading questions.

The word was then passed to Anton, but he was able to add only a few facts to his comrade's story, adding at the same time:

– If anyone can add interesting details to Victor's story, it's Vika. Even we do not know what happened to her when she alone searched for an artifact in the castle of count Dracula.

After his words all in spied a, as on team, turned to young girl, and Vika, by gaining lot more air in lung, mentally crossed herself and has become tell about how was frightening one go on dimly lit corridor of the castle, as she first was confused in office, and in bedroom of the count so at all from of fear slightly not has lost consciousness.

– But the real shock was when I got into a mysterious cave and saw Death with a scythe on a boat carrying somewhere the person who was watching us in the hotel.

– What happened to him?" Was he really dead? what is it? – she asked, overcoming her shyness in front of her elders.
