In a few minutes the guys were in the hall of a local hotel. Walking up to the cute, smiling girl at the front Desk, Victor handed her the documents and said in the purest Romanian language:
– We have a room reservation for three. We could get your keys and check into your room.
– Yes, sure, I'll just write you a pass and welcome to our hotel! I hope you enjoy your stay with us. By the way, our staff speaks Russian perfectly, with a few exceptions.
Giving the keys, the girl added:
– We have almost every day for tourists a tour of our hotel, which has a fairly rich history, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays - in Dracula's castle. You've probably heard of him, haven't you?
– Thank you for the information, dear young lady, - Victor answered her in Russian, - We will definitely take advantage of this opportunity. In the meantime, we'd like to get off the road and get a bite to eat. You have a café here, right?
– Certainly. Go to the end of the corridor and see a cafe. Enjoy your stay in our hotel! Good day!
The friends went up to the second floor, found their room, opened the door and stood on the threshold with delight. The room was gorgeous!
