June 30 Days Writing Challenge - Life Hack - Day Twenty Seven: Never Say Never
Hello and welcome to the twenty seventh day of the June 30 days writing challenge. If you want to know all the details about this specific challenge, have a look at the introductory post. In short, I will be posting every day a short tip, or technique, or opinion, something that you can call a "life hack". Feel free to join the challenge and post your own life hacks. I will do my best to upvote each day at full strength (about $3 at the current STEEM price) 3 posts tagged #challenge30days (leaving a link to your posts in the comments will also help).
This Too, Shall Pass
Not really sure if this qualifies as a life hack, but it's definitely a very good reminder. It works especially well when we're in distress. When we're overwhelmed and confused. When we don't know what to do.
Well, sometimes there's nothing more to do that to just accept what it is and move on.
Things will change. The current situation will change. We, as human beings we'll change.
I remember a very interesting part of a talk by Khyentse Norbu, a Bhutanese Buddhist monk, which went like this:
Do you remember your toys, when you were a kid? Come on, make an effort. Do you remember how much you cherished them? How important they seem at that time? Now, imagine yourself playing again with these toys. Can you really do that now? Of course not. You renounced those toys years ago. That's what happen with everything that you get attached to. Time will make them obsolete and, even if they seem like incredibly important now, in a few years they will barely matter.
(Please excuse the approximation of this, it's the message that's important, not the actual words).
So, I guess never say never is more of a reminder of impermanence. Nothing lasts for ever.
If your circumstances are bad right now, smile, they will change.
If your circumstance are good now, enjoy them while they last, for they will change too.
I'm really curious to read about your life hack today. Leave a comment with a link to your post, if possible.

Thanks for the reminder that "This too, shall pass." but while important things now, won't be important in few months/years... They are STILL important NOW, so...
Never say never seems to become the mantra as we get older and things that were seemingly impossible or never going to happen end up happening. Live long enough and people who weren't ever going to change or soften end up doing it while others who held so much promise and were sure bets don't always make it.
Sports teams win against impossible odds and lose against the teams that were the lesser by far. The only real constant is change, and eventually, all things become possible.
Change is the unchangeable law. Very nicely-written valuable post.
We can say about the current crypto market blood bath also that this too, shall pass...

Good night! :)
There are few things that have helped me deal with some really crappy times but at the end of the day there is nothing to do for it but grit your teeth and ride it out.
In the end it becomes a memory and sometimes even more importantly a well learnt lesson that will remain with us to guide for all time.
Time has the biggest healing capacity and the best thing about it that it changes with the passage of time. suppose had spent a very beautiful time in our life, and suddenly we have star facing bad time, here we have to remind our self that, if that good time is not anymore, this bad time will also be gone. It will give us more power to tackle bad time :)
thanks
Lovely as always @dragosroua. Mine for today is more of a philosophy, but an important one as far as am concerned:

Change they say remains a very constant tool for all, from our superior being which is God. According to the book I believed in that said and I quote:
In here and there everything can change in a jiffy, but as you've said you did well by sending a signal to those enjoying now that change might come to it so what they need to do is to have the two mind and atleast save for the other side of the road.
Your writting is very nice .
This is the valuable post .
Thanks for sharing @dragosroua
Upvote you .
