Splendid Review Of Soliciting Power: An Easy Way To Delegate To Your Favorite Project!

It's not a money making machine but you can spread love through it. :-) And thus, end up making so much money. :-D I call it philanthropistic investment where you do good to the community and they return the love by doing great work and rewarding you, promoting you all over the blockchain.

As we all know, he is the organizer of @SteemFest - The biggest festival where Steemains from all over the world get connected with people behind the concept. It's a show to meet and greet with the people you found here on this great blockchain! You can have a look at @Steemfest's "THANK YOU" posts by @roelandp. Other than this, he is also a Steem Witness apart from GOLOS and BITSHARES.

He is also one of the top 3 witnesses which is kind of huge. Obviously it is backed by hardwork and passion. If that is not enough magic for you then he is an app developer also. I am not even a developer or know any coding). I got to know about him when @firepower mentioned about @steemfest several times during the New Delhi, India Steemit Meetup

He is behind several projects and supporting them with his own Steem Power or Skills. That's a remarkable achievement. Now it is possible for you to do something similar by supporting other projects through a webapp created by @roelandp - Soliciting Power

Project Owners are people who create and manage great projects made on the Steem Blockchain. They can go ahead and create their profile by submitting every detail in the form which can be found here. I will explain how its done in detail in the later section but before that, let's checkout how it is beneficial for owners looking to promote their projects:

Investors and Philanthropists constantly looking to support projects with their Steem Power can checkout some awesome one listed on Soliciting Power. Support can fetch you some returns on investment or love or both. Do check the benefits for being a donor:

I will now showcase some of the coolest features of Soliciting Power:

Gallery Slider

As soon as you open the website, you will be able to see the projects in the grid view, which can be traversed by sliding to the right and left one by one.

Toggle Between Gallery And List View

You can toggle between Grid view and list view of projects. Both the views have different kind of Information.

Login

Login to see the information about your own profile and then you can easily see how much Steem Power you can use for delegation, your current delegation etc.

Sorting In List View

List view gives you a great amount of information in one screen, you can sort as per:

• Project name
• Received dSP
• Reputation

Search User

Searching a user is pretty easy just the way you did while logging in. Delegate them if you want to with the "Delegate to @username" button. You can easily see the following information using this function:

• Reputation
• Age
• Steem Power, Delegated Power and %age of Delegated Power and Received Delegated Power
• List of Delegatees, Amount of Power To Them and its %age of Total Delegated Power.

Submit A Project

When you click on "Submit A Project" Button, you will be taken to a google form where project owners can submit their application to get listed on Steem. Please explain everything in "To The Point" manner. This will help you to get listed easily after review and also, it can fetch you attention of investors.

Everything in the form is self explanatory and most of the information is readily available. Just need to feed it in the structural manner. Rest of the information will be added or handled by Soliciting Power Automatically.

Project's About Section

This section will showcase the below details about the project:

• Steem Username, Delegated SP Received, Reputation, Age, Website/App Screenshot
• Important Links: Website, Discord, Github, Twitter, Steem.Chat Channel or any other
• One line small description of the Project
• Detailed Description
• What will be upvoted and What will NOT be upvoted
• Project maintainers
• Reward Sharing? (Y/N)

UPVotes

This section will showcase the voting habits of the Project. This activity can tell a lot about the behavior of the projects and how they are using their voting power in rewarding the contributors:

• No. of vote samples displayed
• Average voting weight of the sample
• No. of votes per day
• Percentage of self upvotes, teamvotes and unique people voted
• It also shows the no. of votes done to the sampled users and how many votes per user

Blogfeed

This section will display the last blogs of the project. You can have a look at them and analyze the amount of activity and quality of work.

Delegate To A Project

You can easily delegate to a project by selecting the amount of SP you are going to give and click on Broadcast button and follow instructions.

Some of the great projects that are my personal favorites are @utopian-io by @elear, eSteem by @good-karma, @stach by @ejemai & @kingst, @comedyopenmic by @idikuci, @dj123, @take5, @dandesign86, @steem-ambassador by @anarcotech, @starkerz & @stephenkendal, @youarehope by @sircork and last but not the least @dsound by @prc. I would like to delegate my SP to these projects once I will have it at least in thousands. :-D Right not it's very small and not enough for myself!
