Today is an alternate day however I picked a theme on comparable lines. I will talk about some cool tools that would help you to generate mind-blowing content. These tools will give an edge over other Steemians if you use them wisely.

We all need to improve our efficiency to create quality content in a short span of occasion. So let's not wait another second and learn as fast as the transaction time of STEEM. BTC might not have given you that Lamborghini but STEEM would!

PIXABAY

A repository of high quality images. You can find more than 1300000 pictures of supreme pixels. You can search on the basis of types of images, orientation, custom size, color and several other categories. I always choose top definition graphics from the site. I generally make my main image and other important images with the help of PixaBay. It's important to have that visual impact so that the reader will get intrigued in your blog.

It was a blog related to acceptance of STEEM as a currency while buying coffee from Starbucks. The image is sharp, clear and of high quality as required by a post of high potential. Use PixaBay and you are covered for most of your raw graphic needs. You can use the pictures and edit them as suitable. Editing a graphic seamlessly is an important functionality you need many times when creating a main image for the post. I will cover this in the next point.

CANVA

This tool is my favorite when it comes to photo editing. Not everyone has a luxury to hire a graphic designer. A free tool with lots of features. There is another version which is specifically for small startups or businesses who can't afford too much money on graphical needs. You can create posters, social media posts of all sizes, invitation cards, document covers, marketing materials, ads etc. You can also choose a custom size for your graphic and get started with hundreds of free and paid templates.

The simplicity and drag drop features make it a very powerful and essential tool for every blogger out there. If you see my blog, every post has a main image edited and finished on canva. I love it and you will do too!

GIPHY

We live in a time where media has many forms. One of those I personally like the most is GIF. It is made by adding several frames or pictures into a single file. When it is played, you will get an experience that things are moving. Thanks to Mr. Steve Wilhite who helped this format to get out in the open.

The famous content marketing website Buzzfeed is famous for its articles filled with quirky GIFs. Add life and fun to your blog by including them. You can also use them to make memes. It is a missing link between a video and a picture. Many people add such GIFs into their posts which is also a call for action like Upvote, Follow or Resteem. You have seen that already if you have spent a few days on Steemit. On Giphy you will be able to find a wide range of such Motion Pictures under many categories. They have many apps too. Just put in those words related to your niche in the search box and you will surely find one suitable for you.

My last Steemit Guide # 3 was fully packed with a lot of GIFs - CHECK HERE. It extends the pleasure of your blog and I guess a very important component to give your reader a delightful experience. Whenever I see a blog which is using GIFs to give their content the motion it requires, I upvote it.

QUIK

If you are a rookie at video editing, no worries. With Quik app available for both Android and iOs, you literally have to do nothing.

Choose a series of photos showcasing your recipe or a presentation in a slideshow. Then select any theme based template you find amusing then get on with it. Click next and follow the instruction. Poof, you are done!
Even your granny would produce a lot of good videos through Quik.

STEEMIT TAGS

When I started my Steemit Journey, one of the greatest sources of information I found on this link: https://steemit.com/tags. It will give you a list of trending tags on Steemit.

You could easily check the # of posts done under one tag, # of comments and payouts highest payouts generated. You can easily follow the worthy tags as per your niche and find a couple of blogs that can help you how this whole platform works, how people structure their posts and network with other people.

Most of my posts contains the tags from the top list. Why? Because audience size is huge! That's definitely a plus point if are a decent blogger. Get your drink and start exploring. 🥂 Upvoting chances will be more if you get noticed by a whale or maybe a few dolphins. Never underestimate the power of Netizens.

QUORA

You can ask, answer, read other answers and search questions on this website. Share your knowledge of topics and people will follow you and upvote your comments.

Bloggers that create content which inspires, educates, or entertains their reader are the most successful ones. Here you can get a lot of following if you will provide value, just like Steemit. But Quora is restricted to Q&As, plus no rewards. Still it is a great platform to promote your content while providing value. Many Quorans are shifting their focus to Steemit and other content reward platforms.

I am damn sure many Steemians would like to read answers of such questions. Some of us are not that skilled to get a lady's phone number. 😎 Spend some time there and find a wide variety of questions with detailed answers by subject matter experts. Most of my research on Blockchain Technology and Digital Marketing is based on several webpages of Quora.

MEME

Add a relevant meme to your post and make your reader laugh on it a little bit. Sometimes you will get an upvote because people like the use of memes. They are naturally funny as they are highly relatable.
