Thank you yes I agree, words are very powerful, as well as the intention and energy fueled behind them when they are delivered to attentive and listening ears. You are actually one hour behind me, its 313am
Good luck in the studio tomorrow. My advice and suggestions are to warm up for minimum 20-30min your voice before recording. When you sing or rap, whichever you do vocally, make sure to enunciate your lyrics so the sound comes out clearer in the recording. Have your lyrics memorized, that's highly ideal. Record with passion, energy, and conviction, because that also translates to the overall feel of the song, and stay positive, even if you make mistakes. Keep focused, take a break when you need to and you will eventually make some promising progress towards the goals you have for your tracks. Hope that helps.

That is very true. Emotion behind a song is vital to have, because it can emotionally connect and relate to those that are familiar with the energy being radiate from the performer/artist.
This for me however isn't a problem to achieve, as each song I have written and chosen to record later on today has a personal impact on myself, and every time I perform them I am reminded by that.

No problem, absolutely and I'm glad! You didn't enter the contest this week, right? I didn't see you. I'm going to be promoting the music scene since it's their 10th contest, I have a post ready to launch...not this early though, haha! I resteemed the contest and asked a couple of others to do the same. Plus in my post I will be telling the community to check out the music and open mic categories more frequently this weekend, so hopefully that will help you and everyone involved. I plan to enter today actually, this week I'm late but still within the time frame as the contest ends tomorrow. So I'll be there in the nick of time. Yes, this is the time for creative people. The dreamers and inventors. We really are on the precipice of a new world, and this place is amazing. Thank you for the well wishes, mostly I'm a story writer. It's funny because before now I leaned toward fiction, often philosophical, but here I'm mostly writing life. Getting a feel for it. I do have a fictional series on my blog (the playground series) and when I've hit the right time of day it seems, I've done well. Figuring out the formula for that.
