This song is dedicated to my unborn son who will be brought into this world in a matter of days. It could be anytime now when we need to rush to the hospital. I'm truly blessed to have my own family and experience all the wonderful moments of love, learning life lessons and heartwarming memories that it entails. I'm also excited that my daughter Harmony will finally be a big sister soon and will not grow up an only child. Raising a family is not always easy but it's so rewarding throughout the hardships and laughter. Big thanks to my good friend Rico Raicoz for the amazing production beat. We will be working on a future collaboration project album together.

Thank you bro, your insight is appreciated. Sometimes it is difficult to balance, you're either good at one thing and subpar at another, but I aimed at trying to play piano and produce beats as well. I'll be releasing future posts showcasing those talents as well. And I agree with you, a female singer would be a nice touch for harmonies. My wife sings, maybe I can convince her to join me on a song soon for steemit. But I've written songs with some talented female artists before, it adds a wonderful dynamic to the song texture.

Thank you for your kind words. It is sometimes difficult for me to choose between the two so usually I incorporate both in my music. A lot of people tend to enjoy my singing more than my rapping, but I tend to like my rapping more than my singing. They are both equally difficult to master but I love the fast changing of rhythm with rap.

Music can truly inspire and change lives, that is why I love your daughter's song more than any of that regular kill hurt sex rap you be writing about. But it is all preference at the end of the day. My goal and aim is what separates me from the rest, and I aim to inspire others to take up the same burden: it is too easy to rap and make negative music. point blank period.
I am effective with my music and verses because I believe what I am writing and sharing, and if I were to give out evil, which I am capable of, I could easily resort to darkness and hatred as a place to write my rhymes, but I alleviate the pain within me through a positive light, so that is what you will hear from me, cause I know other people are hurting and need help, uplifting words and love as well.
The only time I write dark is when I do story telling, to show my fictional writing side or to express a pain that is very deep.

I think it has a lot to do with my favourite era of rap "90's gangsta rap" and how i started rapping, battle rapping where you destroy your opponent and cyphers where the person who spits the illest hardcore bars gets the love of the party. Also i used to be a very hateful and violent person...gangbanging, jumping people-getting jumped, prison, etc. But all that changed when i had my family.
And Andy B is more of the conscious rapper in the duo and i'm more ultra-violent-hardcore rapper(our little ying yang)
